Tuna brick
Ingredients (6 pers.)
225g natural tuna
1 packet of brick leaves
1 small onion
1 small tomato
Oil
1/2 tsp massalé
2 peppers
Chive
2 cloves garlic
Salt

Preparation :

Mince the onions, then mash the garlic, the peppers and 1⁄2 tsp salt together.

Brown the onions and the crushed mixture, then the tuna crumbs for 2 minutes.

Add the diced tomato then the massalé and cook until there is no more sauce.
At the end of cooking, mix the chives.

Cut strips in the patties according to the desired size.
Place stuffing on the strip and fold it into a triangle.
Place the oil bricks in a pan.
