Cut the brick sheets in half. On each half sheet put a teaspoon of spread and fold according to the instructions of the package in a triangle or in the form of a cigar.

Weld each triangle with the beaten egg. Arrange them on baking sheets covered with parchment paper. Then brush them with the melted butter for more crispness.
