Brick with fish and chorizo

Preparation :

Cut the onions and peppers into small dice. Brown them in a little butter, the peppers first, then add the onions.

Cut the chorizo into small dice and cook it (separately from the onion and pepper).

In another pan, cook the fish with a little butter, about 10 minutes. Season at the end of cooking. Crumble the fish once cooked.

Mix everything in a container and add to the preparation of crème fraîche, oriental spices (spice mixes, curry ...) and parsley.

Dress the samosas and brush lightly with oil.

Cook at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
