    1 packet of brick leaves
    200 g rice
    100 g honey
    50 g sesame seeds
    20 cl liquid cream
    5 c. to s. sugar
    1 vanilla pod

    Ingredients (4 pers.)
    1 packet of brick leaves
    200 g rice
    100 g honey
    50 g sesame seeds
    20 cl liquid cream
    5 c. to s. sugar
    1 vanilla pod
    Frying oil
    Preparation :

    Cook the rice according to the directions on the package. After cooking and when the rice has absorbed all the cooking water, add the sugar.

    Add the vanilla seeds and the liquid cream and mix. Let cool on a large plate.

    Shape the brick sheets into a triangle. To do this, take 1/2 sheet lengthwise, fold the sides towards the center to obtain a rectangular strip.

    Place a level tablespoon of rice at one end. Fold over to form a triangle, making sure to enclose the stuffing.

    Continue folding into a triangle. Cut the end of the strip of bricks into a point to close the samosa.

    Glue the end with a beaten egg if necessary. Repeat the operation until the sheets of bricks are used up.

    Fry the bricks in very hot oil for about 5 minutes. They must be golden.

    Let them cool on parchment paper then insert a stick at the bottom of the brick.

    Let the honey cool down. Immerse the pointed end of the samoussa in lukewarm honey then dip in the sesame seeds.
