Preparation :

In a blender, finely chop the chicken. Then add fresh cheese, finely chopped olives, chopped parsley and cilantro. Add the paprika, a little lemon juice, salt and mix.

Take a sheet of brick and place it on the work surface then brush it with melted butter. Cut the brick sheet in 2, then cut each half in 2 to obtain strips. Add a little stuffing to the chicken and shape the bricks. Repeat until the stuffing is used up.

Pour a little oil in a pan, add the bricks and cook for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
