Cut the brick sheet into 4 "triangles", place 1/4 of the brick sheet "tip" upwards, place a little garnish on the widest part

Fold each right and left side towards the center as if to form an "envelope"

Then roll by tightening the lining to form a cylinder

Reserve the spring rolls on the tip for a few minutes to make it stick
